IT & Statistical Department

IT & Statistical Department is established at THQ Hospital Isa Khel, as a part of Government of Punjab initiative to digitalize hospitals and empowering reporting centrally in efficient and prompt manner.  IT Department at THQ Hospital, Isa Khel is playing pivotal role in information age. The IT Department provides a framework of Information Services to support all aspects of the hospital’s services. IT Department of THQ Hospital Isa Khel allows different departments to collect, store, retrieve and transfer information of patient electronically. IT department improved the quality, safety and efficiency of health facility services. We provide helpdesk, technical support and network facilities to its end user both Hospital HR and Patients too. IT Department undertaken range from the planning and implementation of major new systems such as patient administration system (i.e. Medico-legal System, HIMS, QMS, PAS) to more specialized clinical systems. Training in the use of these systems also provided by the IT Department. The department also maintains, support, and promotes web based information technology systems implemented by Project Management Unit (PMU), Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Lahore. Hospital Information Technology intervention started in 2017 under Hospital Revamping planned by Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Govt. of the Punjab.
